Transfer

In the transfer phase, the people you trusted with your shares will transfer them back to you allowing you to recover your passphrase.

You can request to transfer any of your passphrase share to someone else. Once this request process has been completed, its original owner will receive an email with a confirmation code for that transfer. The transfer will be final only after the owner has approved the transfer.

Steps

1. Read the instructions and clock on the "Let's start" button.

2. Click on the button "Refresh shares" to load your shares first. Then, select the share that you want to transfer.

3. Enter the address of the new owner (most likely the person that sent you the share in the first place and that now needs it back to recover a passphrase)

4. You are done! The transfer has been requested. To finalize the transfer, a transfer code has been sent to the original owner (the email entered during the backup process). The transfer will be final only after that owner has approved the transfer.
